恭賀中心成員盧明俊教授獲得2023台灣創新技術博覽會發明競賽鉑金獎(同時榮獲企業獎)

2023年台灣創新技術博覽會10月14日舉辦頒獎典禮,此次計有23國發明人及機構,共1151個攤位,近1100件專利作品參展。中興大學今年有8項專利參加發明競賽區,榮獲2鉑金獎、 2金獎、 4銀獎,成績亮眼。

二項鉑金牌技術為:環工系盧明俊老師鉑金獎(同時榮獲企業獎)「處理廢水中污染物離子的流體化床均質結晶方法及其設備」及生醫工程研究所張健忠教授「增強訊號之結構及其製作方法」。

二項金牌技術為:通訊所溫志煜教授與台中榮總共有專利「以六分鐘走路運動發展步距與肺功能估算之方法」(同時榮獲企業獎)及材料系薛涵宇副教授「超疏水奈米表面結構的製備方法及超疏水奈米表面結構」。

四項銀牌技術為: 材料系薛涵宇副教授「具光滑保護塗層之材料及光滑保護塗層之製備方法」、生機系蔡燿全副教授「AIoT自動化家禽體重計」、基資所朱彥煒教授及昆蟲系戴淑美教授團隊「水稻蟲害健康預警系統及方法」及通訊所溫志煜教授與台中榮總共有專利「氣喘管理資訊系統及其使用方法」。

環工系盧明俊教授「處理廢水中污染物離子的流體化床均質結晶方法及其設備」,此技術適於水中金屬及非金屬離子回收,除領先全球的均質結晶技術外,另有晶種迴流及處理水再提升功能,因此整體處理回收程序無污泥產生,回收率近100 %,同時由於結晶槽所流出之處理廢水再提昇,因此,處理水品質可達回收再利用之標準,達到零排放之目的。

生醫工程研究所張健忠教授「增強訊號之結構及其製作方法」,為與佐信科技有限公司產學合作共有之專利,本發明(3D-PHS晶片搭配拉曼光譜)可將所有分析物給予身分證並以分子條碼Barcode的方式呈現。晶片檢測無須抗體、並具有成本低、用量少、檢測快的優點。現已成功應用於檢測農藥、蘭花病毒、膽紅素、癌細胞、病毒、Covid-19抗體抗原。

材料系薛涵宇副教授「超疏水奈米表面結構的製備方法及超疏水奈米表面結構」,本發明專利受仿生概念啟發,製備微胞化高分子溶液,並能以噴塗的方式塗佈在樣品表面,形成耐用之超疏水塗層,做為表面抗污與自清潔表面之應用。此專利提供相當簡易之耐用超疏水表面製備方法,未來將可應用於水滴採集、細胞吸附、微流道裝置、油水分離、防腐塗料等領域。

通訊所溫志煜老師及台中榮總共有專利「以六分鐘走路運動發展步距與肺功能估算之方法」,以肺功能檢查與六分鐘走路運動(6MWT)為慢性阻塞性肺病或氣喘等胸腔疾病治療追蹤的評估方式,同時也是肺部復健的指標。本發明提供一個讓使用者不限空間進行六分鐘走路運動的技術,透過生理參數的分析,估算出行走的總距離、用力肺活量(FVC)以及用力呼氣一秒量(FEV1),讓患者實現居家肺功能監控與健康管理。

材料系薛涵宇副教授「具光滑保護塗層之材料及光滑保護塗層之製備方法」,本發明專利提供一種光滑保護塗層之製備方法,以滑液注入孔隙概念進行多層潤滑顆粒保護層進行開發,同時兼具水下防蝕與抗汙、無須高真空之繁複製孔步驟、低成本可工業化且具環境抗性之水下載具保護塗層,使器具表面達到耐蝕、抗附著、自修復、抗凍及自潔之功效,進而減少相關問題帶來的經濟及環境危害。

生機系蔡燿全副教授「AIoT自動化家禽體重計」,雞隻生長曲線是用來判別雞隻健康程度重要指標之一, AIOT智慧體重計透過攝影機結合AI邊緣運算技術,以直覺式體重計算方式,總重量 ÷ AI辨識秤盤隻數 = 雞隻平均重量,體重精準度已達98.7%,體重數據上傳至雲端,讓農民可即時掌握雞群健康狀況,達到精準飼養,目前已導入臺灣前三大畜牧場。

基資所朱彥煒教授及昆蟲系戴淑美教授團隊「水稻蟲害健康預警系統及方法」,面對氣候變遷,糧食生產受威脅,特別是害蟲危害更為嚴重。這項技術利用高光譜影像辨識水稻受害特徵,在早期發現危害,可以減少農藥使用,降低成本及碳排。本技術整合異質感測器數據,利用深度學習進行分類建模。預測模型的資訊使用多光譜波段,以此建立預警系統,準確度達83.4%以上。此技術有望提升對氣候適應性和作物保護成效。

通訊所溫志煜老師及台中榮總共有專利「氣喘管理資訊系統及其使用方法」,該系統能透過氣喘患者的健康狀況、用藥管理的配合態度及環境因素等綜合參數,提供氣喘者事先評估於戶外氣喘發作的風險,讓患者可安心進行戶外活動,以提高生活品質。
