The 2023 Taiwan Innotech Expo held its awards ceremony on October 14th, featuring 23 countries' inventors and institutions with a total of 1151 booths and nearly 1100 patented works exhibited. This year, National Chung Hsing University participated with 8 patents in the invention competition area, winning 2 platinum awards, 2 gold awards, and 4 silver awards, showcasing remarkable achievements.

iSNR professor Ming-Chun Lu was awarded with the Platinum Award  with the patent "Fluidized bed homogeneous crystallization method and equipment for treating pollutant ions in wastewater,” it was also honored with the Enterprise Award.
